By booking a shipment, creating an account or using the tracking tools on this website you agree to these terms. If you are booking on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

The contract terms that apply to every Global X Shipping booking, delivery and payment.
Booking and approval
Every shipment request is submitted for review. A booking is only confirmed once our operations team approves it. Shipping labels and receipts are released after approval; requests may be rejected or held where information is incomplete or the goods are restricted.
Prohibited and restricted goods
Cash, illegal substances, weapons, live animals, hazardous materials outside declared IATA/IMDG classes, and counterfeit goods may not be shipped. Undeclared restricted goods may be held, returned or surrendered to authorities at the sender's cost.
Customer obligations
You are responsible for the accuracy of sender and receiver details, the declared value, packaging suitable for the transport mode, and any documentation required for export or import.
Transit times
Published transit times are estimates based on the selected service and route. Customs inspections, weather, strikes and force majeure events may extend them. Estimated departure and arrival times shown on tracking pages are indicative.
Charges and payment
Charges are based on chargeable weight, service level, route and any accessorial services. Duties and taxes are payable by the party stated on the booking. Invoices are due on the date shown on the invoice.
Liability
Unless additional cover is purchased, liability for loss or damage is limited to the applicable international convention for the transport mode (Montreal, CMR or Hague-Visby). We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Claims
Claims for loss, damage or delay must be filed through the complaints form within 21 days of delivery or expected delivery, with supporting documentation.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential. Accounts used for fraudulent bookings or unauthorised access to administrative areas will be suspended.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in law or service. The version published on this page at the time of booking applies to that shipment.
